Engagement of Learning Institutions

Stop TB Partnership together with PATH Kenya, Afya Jijini and NTP engaged Kabete National Polytechnic in Nairobi, where over 2 years or so, two students from the College have been diagnosed with MDR- TB in conversations to do something about TB. A Consultative meeting with the faculty and student leaders was held where Basics about TB including Infection Control Practices were taught, there after the team guided the Faculty and Student Leadership into drawing a simple work plan on how to prevent and control TB within the College.
